Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You’ll work inside enterprise workflows, shaping engagements with discovery conversations and concrete scoping.

The role blends consulting, engineering, and hands-on delivery. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, from hypothesis to deployed software, with CI/CD, guardrails, and measurable outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

Four-year college degree required.
Advanced English is required.
Experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
Structure process and specs for automation, mapping current state and decisions.
Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration and tool integration.
Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release management.
Consult with CTOs and VPs, quantify impact, and support pre-sales scoping.
