Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-powered solutions, and deliver real-world systems inside client environments. You’ll blend consulting, operations, and engineering to validate business cases and ship production AI capabilities.

You will work with Fortune 500 clients, regulated industries, and multidisciplinary teams, owning end-to-end delivery and CI/CD in a fast-moving, outcomes-focused context.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software development with major stacks (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Able to evaluate environments and define technical roadmaps.
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines, including environments.
• Strong context/specification engineering to produce reliable AI output.
• Familiar with enterprise integration patterns: APIs, webhooks, event streams, iPaaS (n8n, MuleSoft).
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Ability to work across ambiguous problems and contribute to libraries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to surface AI problems and scope defensible points of view.
• Structure processes and specs for automation, mapping current state, decisions, and exceptions.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, context/retrieval, tool integration, guardrails, human-in-the-loop.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, build, test, release, and environments.
• Consult and defend decisions to CTOs/VPs, quantify impact, and support pre-sales scoping.
