Job summary

FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner focused on turning AI capability into measurable production value. Forward Deployed Engineers embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver end-to-end deployments in real client environments.

You will operate as a consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping discovery, architecture, and delivery to ensure AI initiatives meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, release, environments, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders and turn insights into a scoped, defensible POV.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and decisions, then translate into executable specifications for people and AI systems.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context retrieval, tool integration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Build. Ship working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers; hands-on prototyping that proves value.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for what you build: build, test, release, environments.
• Consult. Present to CTOs/VPs and defend decisions; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
