Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and operate AI-enabled solutions. You’ll be a blend of consultant, operator, and engineer, delivering value inside client systems.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, lead discovery calls, define roadmaps, and own CI/CD and delivery. Strong delivery ownership, agile mindset, and CTO-level communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover with stakeholders: separate genuine AI problems from workflow problems and return a scoped point of view.
• Structure processes and specs for automation in business or engineering workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and integration.
• Build working systems: agents, automations, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own delivery: CI/CD, testing, release, environments, and deployment.
• Consult with CTOs and leaders, quantify impact, and support pre-sales when needed.
