Job summary

FullStack is seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our remote US team. You will embed with Fortune 500 clients, architect AI-powered systems, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to production. You will balance consulting with engineering as you validate business value and shape scalable solutions.

Your edge is data, retrieval, and model behavior, ensuring trustworthy agentic systems and robust deployments across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree in a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Track record of leading client-facing discovery calls and deconstructing unstructured problems.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, N8N, MCP and LLM APIs.
• End-to-end delivery ownership and CI/CD practices.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership mindset and client-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to uncover true AI problems.
• Structure. Map current state and decisions to create implementable specifications.
• Architect & design. Define context retrieval, orchestration, and integration points.
• Build. Deliver agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system. CI/CD and versioning for AI components.
• Operate (Day 2). Monitor performance, observability, and cost.
• Consult. Present decisions to CTOs and business leadership; support pre-sales where needed.
