FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to identify AI opportunities, architect systems, and deliver production-ready solutions that endure in production. You’ll operate as a consultant, operator, and engineer, running discovery with executives, shaping data and retrieval architectures, and shipping end-to-end AI deployments that meet real business constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production stacks.
• 1 - 4 years of agentic AI solutions experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex).
• Track record of leading client-facing discovery and scoping engagements.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn it into executable specifications.
• Architect & design. End-to-end agentic systems with data sourcing, retrieval, and MCP integration.
• Build. Ship working systems — agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
• Engineer the delivery system. CI/CD for AI deployments, prompt/versioning, and evaluation pipelines.
• Operate (Day 2). Handoffs, observability, and cost management after launch.
• Consult. Present decisions to CTOs and senior leadership; support pre-sales.
