FullStack seeks experienced software professionals to join a forward-deployed engineering team. You will embed with enterprise clients, identify AI opportunities, architect end-to-end agentic systems, and deliver production-ready solutions with strong data and retrieval foundations.

You will balance consulting with hands-on engineering, work across data, context, and model behavior, and operate within regulated environments and Fortune 500 engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development in a mainstream stack (Python, TS/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with large, complex systems.

Responsabilidades

• Discover by running workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation.
• Architect and design agentic systems end-to-end with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, prompt/context versioning, eval suites.
• Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, cost management, drift and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs and leaders; quantify impact in business terms.
