Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams and drive AI projects from discovery to production. You’ll diagnose business problems, design agentic systems, and build end-to-end solutions with data, retrieval, and model behavior at the core.

You’ll lead client-facing discovery calls, own delivery ownership, and work in a fully remote environment serving Fortune 500 clients with robust security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience with agile/scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions for automation.
• Design end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture and guardrails.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and eval tooling.
• Own CI/CD, prompt/versioning, and deployment gates.
• Operate Day 2 systems with observability and performance monitoring.
