Job summary

FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner serving the Americas. We embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You will work across discovery, architecture, and delivery to ensure trustworthy AI in client products.

We seek engineers with 5+ years in software development, strong fundamentals in AI-enabled delivery, and experience with modern stacks. This is a fully remote role supporting clients nationally, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover with business, data, and engineering stakeholders and assess data readiness.
• Structure process and specifications for automation with AI.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval and context handling.
• Build working AI-enabled systems and prototypes with value in weeks.
• Operate CI/CD and governance for AI-enabled applications.
