Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit with client teams to identify AI opportunities, architect systems, and deliver production‑grade AI solutions. You’ll operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, capable of validating business cases with COOs and VP of Engineering while delivering measurable value in weeks rather than months.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with production stacks.
1–4 years of experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures.
Advanced English is required.
Four‑year college degree required.
Experience with frontier AI developer tools listed above.

Responsibilities

Discover business problems with stakeholders and run workshops.
Structure process specs for automated business processes and AI systems.
Architect and design end‑to‑end agentic systems emphasizing context and retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
Own CI/CD and deployment pipelines for AI solutions.
Operate post‑launch monitoring: eval harnesses, observability, and cost management.
Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders; support pre‑sales scoping and proposals.
