FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner and is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions.

You will operate across consulting, engineering, and delivery, owning end-to-end implementation from discovery through production, with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy agents. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools.
• Track record of leading client-facing discovery calls.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled projects.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation projects.
• Architect & design agentic systems end to end with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD for AI and prompt/context versioning.
• Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, cost and latency management.
• Consult: present to CTOs, VPs, and business leadership; support pre-sales scoping.
