FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner helping enterprises deploy AI with production-grade results. You will embed with client teams, identify AI opportunities, architect systems, and deliver end-to-end solutions. The role blends consulting, engineering, and operations across regulated and Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll work on data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy AI, with a focus on real-world impact and long-term reliability.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required; a four-year college degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to assess data readiness and separate AI problems from workflow problems.
• Structure the process and the spec for any automated business process; map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture; design MCP/LLM integration and guardrails.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows that prove value quickly.
• Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, cost management, drift, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, CDOs, and leaders; quantify impact and support pre‑sales scoping.
