Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry team and work directly with customers to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflow solutions across ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems. This role blends full-stack development, enterprise integration, generative AI implementation, and client-facing delivery, leveraging Claude and other AI platforms.

Travel ~70% with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software/enterprise delivery experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering foundations and API integration.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications and RAG workflows.
• Customer-facing engineering and solutions delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows and automations within client environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Integrate NewRocket agents, accelerators, and platforms.
• Collaborate with consultants, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure secure, production-ready AI solutions with proper governance.
