Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, systems integration, or related roles.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered apps and automations.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and API-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows within ServiceNow environments and enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor AI solutions to business processes and data sources.
• Design and implement AI workflows with structured outputs, tool use, and RAG patterns.
• Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and deployment playbooks.
• Ensure security, scalability, observability, and production readiness of AI deployments.
