Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in AI & Analytics in the United States. The role blends software and data engineering with AI development and client delivery to translate business processes into scalable, production-ready platforms.

You will embed with client teams, build end-to-end data pipelines, governance, and AI-driven workflows, and measure success by business KPIs and adoption rather than just technical milestones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software / data / ML engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Hands-on production experience with Palantir Foundry, including Pipeline Builder, Ontology, and Workshop; AIP is a strong advantage.
• Deep experience with Databricks or Snowflake, with ability to ramp on new platforms quickly.
• Strong production experience with Python and SQL; TypeScript or Java is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or client-embedded delivery.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take analytics and predictive proof of concept into production across data pipelines, ontology, governance, and observability.
• Work with business and product stakeholders to translate processes into working software and AI-driven solutions.
• Build and integrate production-grade applications, dashboards, and agent workflows.
• Develop AI and LLM-powered capabilities involving retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and productionization.
• Define adoption or business-performance metrics and report on outcomes.
• Shape the roadmap from PoC to scalable, production-ready products for broader adoption.
• Collaborate with client engineers, provide training, and transfer knowledge.
• Establish repeatable technical playbooks and workflows for client teams.
• Partner with product and business teams to identify better solutions.
• Present progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Contribute to an AI-focused delivery capability across units.
