Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Forward Deployed Strategist in the United States to turn complex business challenges into high-value data and AI opportunities. You will work with executives and leaders to uncover improvements, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and translate problems into MVPs and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with technical teams, define success criteria, and craft compelling business cases aligning technology with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally with technology-enabled transformation, business optimization, or process improvement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to establish credibility with executives, leaders, and end users in fast-moving environments.
• Strong consulting presence to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured use cases and MVP definitions.
• Understanding of connecting technology opportunities to measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery through interviews, workshops, and discussions to understand challenges and workflow realities.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI and data opportunities in cross-functional processes.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured statements, use cases, hypotheses, and MVP paths.
• Define measurable success criteria using KPIs, ROI, adoption, and time-to-value metrics.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders to enable alignment and decision-making.
• Develop executive narratives and business cases linking technology opportunities to priorities.
• Bridge business and technical teams by clarifying requirements, risks, and timelines.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows with low-code/no-code tools in collaboration with technical teams.
• Identify gaps that could prevent scaling and guide transitions to scalable delivery.
• Drive adoption-minded solution design and transitioning concepts toward broader impact.
