Job summary

Arize AI is hiring an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with client engineering teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver scalable GenAI observability and evaluation solutions. This client-facing role blends advanced AI expertise with business acumen to meet tight deadlines while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficient in Python, Java, and TypeScript; comfortable in at least two languages.
• Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI apps in production.
• Experience with public clouds and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Passion for AI and staying at the frontier of rapidly evolving tech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale GenAI observability and evaluation programs.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders from engineers to executives.
• Build custom integrations and workflows extending the Arize platform.
• Manage multiple client engagements from scoping to delivery with high technical standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to shape strategy and impact.
• Help define best practices and delivery methodologies for the Forward Deployed team.
