Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist II for a primarily remote role in the NY Foreclosure Department. You will manage Foreclosure-related filings, coordinate with courts, counsel, and clients, and maintain up-to-date information in our case management systems.

Required are 1–2 years foreclosure experience (2+ preferred), a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong Microsoft Office skills with fast, accurate typing. Experience with NY foreclosure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with New York Foreclosure preferred
• Ability to type quickly and accurately; proficiency with technology required.

Responsibilities

• Review and compile data/documents for foreclosures and related filings (Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, etc).
• Draft and file required court pleadings for motions.
• Follow up with courts to track status and keep files moving through the courts.
• Update case management systems and client systems with status and details.
• Run and review checks (SCRA/PACER) as required by firm/client.
