Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist II to join the NY Foreclosure Department in a primarily remote role. You will manage motion preparation, filings, and correspond with clients, courts, and vendors, while maintaining up-to-date information in the firm’s case management systems.

Responsibilities include drafting filings, monitoring court status, and handling fee approvals. A proactive, accurate communicator with solid Office skills fits well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with New York Foreclosure preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and compile data/documents for Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, and related filings.
• Draft and file Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Judgment of Foreclosure & Sale.
• Follow up with courts to monitor status of actions.
• Prepare and file required court pleadings (e.g., Military Affidavits, Notice of Entry).
• Provide court updates to attorneys and participate in status conferences and appearances.
• Timely updates in case management/client systems as files progress.
• Run and review SCRA/PACER checks as required by firm/client.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
