Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented foreclosure support specialist for a full-time remote role. The position focuses on requesting, following up, and billing fee approvals for the Florida team, using reports and client systems to process fee requests and update the fee matrix.

You will become proficient with our case management systems and handle client documents, locate files, and respond with required requests; reviewing Florida foreclosure/litigation files to determine status and

Qualifications

2+ years foreclosure knowledge.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Become an expert with our case management systems and ensure that client expectations are being met.
Work in all client systems and provide required documents
Locate file in case management system and reply to client with required document requests
Examine Florida foreclosure/Litigation files to determine the current status of the file
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
