Qualifications include an associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) and experience in a law firm or call center, with strong computer skills and a service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
• Provide foreclosure related information to callers.
• Review and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Reply or forward general customer service emails.
• Create/Delete/Reset client system logins.
• Extensive communication with clients and borrowers via phone.
