Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Processor III to handle the full review and drafting of Foreclosure Assignments for the Florida portfolio. This remote role emphasizes accuracy and timely execution while maintaining client systems and status updates.

You will draft assignments, review titles, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring records are uploaded and steps completed for each file. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with foreclosure processes and assignment review.
• Familiar with client systems Lenstar, LPS, VendorScape, Real Resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review Title and Security Deeds to determine correct chain of Mortgage Assignments.
• Draft and provide Assignments of Mortgage within set timelines.
• Maintain client systems with current information regarding the Assignment Process.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams to resolve Assignment issues.
• Update Foreclosure status in the Firm’s case management system.
• Complete client system steps.
• Upload documents for execution.
• Drafting of Summons.
• Assist with other duties and special projects.
