Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist (Processor III) for remote work. The role focuses on reviewing and drafting Foreclosure Assignments, ensuring data quality, and coordinating execution with clients to record assignments promptly.

Responsibilities include title review, drafting assignments, maintaining client systems, and resolving issues with cross-functional teams. Extensive experience in Georgia foreclosure processes is valued.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Georgia Foreclosure process with previous Default industry experience.
• Chain of Title Review/Assignment review experience preferred.
• Experience with client systems (Lenstar, LPS, VendorScape, Real Resolution) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Title and Security Deeds to determine the correct chain of Assignments of Mortgage.
• Draft and provide Assignments of Mortgage to the client within set timelines.
• Maintain client systems with current information regarding the Assignment Process.
• Resolve Assignment-related issues with internal and client teams.
