Clear Recon Corp is seeking a Foreclosure Operations Specialist II. This role encompasses data entry, drafting of documents, and thorough quality control in a fast-paced environment. Prior foreclosure, loan servicing, or title knowledge is preferred.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptive, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. Remote work from home is offered, with full benefits and remote equipment provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Foreclosure or related experience preferred.
• Very organized and able to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Respond to status inquiries.
• Update internal processing systems.
• Update and monitor client’s 3rd party systems.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and title companies.
• Perform a complete compliance review based on state requirements.
• Accurately make calculations of figures as required.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
