The Operations Specialist II is responsible for data entry, accurately drafting documents and performing in depth quality control measures. Knowledge of foreclosure, loan servicing or real property title is preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update internal processing systems
• Update and monitor client’s 3rd party systems
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and title companies.
• Perform a complete compliance review based upon State requirements
• Accurately make calculations of figures as required.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required
• Foreclosure or related experience preferred
• Must be very organized and multi-task oriented
• Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
• Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
• Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever is necessary
