Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist II for its primarily remote NY Foreclosure Department. The role involves reviewing data, drafting pleadings, and coordinating with courts, clients and vendors to keep foreclosure matters moving efficiently.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 1–2 years foreclosure experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to type quickly and accurately while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2 years foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with foreclosure processing client systems.
• Able to type quickly with high accuracy and adept with technology.

Responsibilities

• Review data and documents to proceed Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, and related pleadings.
• Draft and file Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Judgment of Foreclosure & Sale.
• Coordinate with courts, clients, and vendors; update case management systems.
• Run and review SCRA/PACER checks and handle fee approvals where applicable.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
