Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist II for its NY Foreclosure Department, primarily remote. You will review and manage motions, prepare filings, maintain case data, and coordinate with courts, clients and vendors while ensuring up-to-date information in the firm’s case management systems.

The role requires 1–2 years foreclosure experience (New York preferred), strong Microsoft Office skills, fast typing, and comfort with law firm workflows in a remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred. NY foreclosure experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel) preferred; prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems and law firm or loan processing experience preferred.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, and proficiency with technology is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Review and compile data/documents to proceed Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, and related Foreclosure & Sale filings.
• Draft and file necessary court pleadings and orders.
• Follow up with courts to track status and ensure timely progress of cases.
• Maintain up-to-date information in case management and client systems.
• Provide court updates to attorneys; manage status conferences and appearances.
• Run and review checks (SCRA/PACER) as required by firm/client.
• Request fee approvals when applicable.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
