Job summary

LoanCare is hiring a Foreclosure Specialist II to manage foreclosure documents and deadlines for nation-wide portfolios. You will interact with lenders, attorneys and internal teams while ensuring compliance with agency and investor guidelines.

The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and familiarity with foreclosure workflows. Eligible candidates may work remotely with a Fidelity National Financial structure supporting growth.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
Knowledge of mortgage banking and related laws helpful.
Experience with mortgage loan documentation and servicing workflows.

Responsibilities

Execute foreclosure documents per Federal Compliance standards.
Process and review foreclosure documents for legal timelines.
Prepare foreclosure loan files for sheriff’s sale and bidding.
Provide status updates and reporting to management.
Work under supervision with established policies and standards.
