Cox Enterprises' Cox Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Follow Up Specialist to help deliver best-in-class service. You’ll manage fleet operations, ensure vehicles are maintained and repairs tracked, and gather and enter client requirements during calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data and record the unit’s location accurately.
• Communicate accurate billing information to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
