Job summary

CMRclaims is hiring a remote FNOL Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inbound calls, recording First Notice of Loss claims, and ensuring accurate data entry in our system. You will analyze photos to locate damages and provide exceptional service to customers and agents.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in customer service, strong typing (55 wpm), and solid experience with MS Office. This full-time remote position offers PTO, internet stipend, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Typing 55 wpm minimum; test may be required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches.
• Advanced phone and verbal communication skills; strong reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Accept inbound FNOL calls from engineers, technicians, and field operators.
• Enter data accurately into a customized database.
• Analyze photos and map the correct location of damages.
• Provide outstanding service to customer representatives.
