Job summary

Claims Management Resources Inc is seeking an Entry Level FNOL Customer Service Representative to work fully remote in the United States. The role handles inbound calls, logs First Notice of Loss claims, and enters data into a specialized database.

Training is provided, and the position offers a full-time schedule with a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, and strong typing (55 wpm) with proficient Microsoft

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 55 wpm or faster.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PDFs.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Able to read and follow scripts accurately.
• Able to analyze and interpret photos for damage reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from customers and engineers.
• Enter data accurately into a customized database.
• Report underground damage and locate involved companies.
• Provide outstanding service to customer representatives.
• Analyze photos and map the correct location.
