Job summary

Liveops Philippines is seeking an Insurance Claims Support Agent (FNOL) for remote work. You will handle inbound calls, gather and document claim information, and provide empathetic support to policyholders during stressful moments.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems. Training and certification programs will be provided; night shifts aligned with US hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, contact center, or claims experience preferred.
• Insurance/claims background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle FNOL calls from customers and third parties.
• Guide callers through the claim-reporting process with empathy and accuracy.
• Document claim details in designated systems and maintain records.
• Follow workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when appropriate.
• Maintain data privacy and information security compliance.
