Westfield is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Support Representative to perform FNOL data entry and claims research from a remote location. You will update ClaimCenter records, respond to claims emails, and assist customers within defined service levels.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and solid communication skills in a fast-paced claims environment, with supervision and ongoing training to ensure quality support for First Notice of Loss processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a contact center or similar environment.
• Data entry accuracy with attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with core systems, office software, and computer equipment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic math skills.
• Solid organization skills from prior roles.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily claims customer support activities.
• Enter FNOL data for all lines into ClaimCenter.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of FNOL processes in ClaimCenter.
• Respond to claims email inquiries and monitor CCC inbox.
• Handle inquiries from claims personnel or customers by phone or email.
• Research unidentified claims documents in Claims Capture.
