Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Florida is seeking an Area Distributor Manager to own the territory, drive branded market share, and lead sales across foodservice channels. You will collaborate with distributors, brokers, and operators, building joint business plans and forecasting demand.

You will manage the full sales cycle, meet revenue targets, and coordinate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Supply to optimize performance. Remote-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice/CPG.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and working with operators preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and financial reports to drive decisions.
• Proficiency/building joint business plans and forecasting demand.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and ops.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and distributor pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned geographic market in Foodservice Field Sales.
• Develop profitable sales strategies with local distributors.
• Build and maintain distributor relationships and support events.
• Drive high-priority SKU penetration and meet revenue targets.
• Own bottom-up sales planning and data-driven proposals.
• Lead full sales cycle from interest to closing deals.
• Forecast demand and submit VSFs for new/renewed business.
• Establish Joint Business Plans with distributors and review actions.
• Support Order-to-Cash and resolve invoice issues.
