Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of post-education experience in field services or technical site support.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Clear MVR with no serious incidents in the last 3 years.
• Ability to safely operate ½-ton and ¾-ton pickup trucks.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Administration & Compliance: manage MVR initiation, driver eligibility, and fleet paperwork.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Operations: coordinate with vendors, track maintenance, and schedule repairs.
• Driver Safety & Telematics: monitor telematics, coach drivers on safety.
• Field Equipment & Resource Management: order gear, track inventory, and allocate equipment.
• Employee Support: assist drivers with fleet apps and provide tech support.
