Job summary

Virginia Transformer Corporation is seeking a highly organized Fleet & Asset Coordinator to support our Field Service organization. This role coordinates the field service fleet, trailers, equipment, tools, and assets to ensure technicians have the resources to support customer projects across North America.

You will maintain fleet readiness, manage maintenance, track inventories, and coordinate mobilizations, working closely with Field Service Managers, Project Managers, Safety, and Accounting

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in fleet management, equipment coordination, field service operations, logistics, or asset management.
• Experience supporting field service, industrial, manufacturing, utility, or construction operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field service fleet operations, including trucks and trailers.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment; track locations and utilization.
• Schedule mobilizations/demobilizations for projects across North America.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Generate monthly fleet utilization and maintenance reports.
