Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Coordinator for our PCI sector to support fleet operations across multiple sites in the United States.

The role offers remote work from a mutually agreed location and may involve up to 100% travel to project sites in Texas and beyond. You will coordinate vehicle assignments, maintenance, driver safety, and fleet documentation, acting as the primary liaison between field personnel, fleet management, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, equivalent diploma, or demonstrated proven equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-education experience in field services or technical site support.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer‑based systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious driving incidents within the last three years.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate ½‑ton and ¾‑ton pickup trucks in various environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 12 weeks annually.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance vendors to ensure timely documentation and repairs.
• Monitor fleet condition and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Arrange vehicle transportation and coordinate with shipping companies.
• Monitor telematics systems and coach drivers on safety and policy.
• Provide field personnel with mobile app support and troubleshoot fleet tech.
