WSP Global Inc. seeks a Vehicle Coordinator for our PCI sector. Based in Austin, TX, the role offers remote work options and may require up to 100% travel.

You will support fleet operations, ensure vehicle compliance, and coordinate with fleet, maintenance, and telematics providers. Responsibilities include managing MVR processes, truck assignments, driver data, and maintenance scheduling; coordinating with vendors, drivers, and field teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years field services or site support.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet tech platforms.
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Ability to travel ~12 weeks annually and work independently.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support fleet operations, verify vehicle compliance and driver eligibility.
• Submit fleet paperwork, track truck assignments and new vehicle orders.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors and telematics providers for timely repairs.
• Monitor telematics devices, coach drivers on safety and policy adherence.
• Order and manage field gear, inventory, and equipment for projects.
• Assist field personnel with Samsara and Holman apps and troubleshooting.
