Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services (IFS) team to lead fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America. You will own execution and reporting from kickoff to closeout, building scalable processes as programs grow.

This remote within the U.S. role requires coordinating technicians and 3P contractors, producing executive-ready updates, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project/program/operations roles with multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience guiding field technicians and contractors across locations.
• Experience with multi-stage processes including onboarding, credentialing, or mobilization.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders.
• Strong Excel skills to build trackers, forecast demand and reconcile data sources.
• Quality assurance or inspection experience with corrective action.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to visit sites.

Responsibilities

• Run installation and repair programs with a consistent process across sites.
• Schedule and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors; manage onboarding and training.
• Report program health to stakeholders; deliver status and corrective action updates.
• Build forecasts and trackers; reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Review work for quality, safety, and compliance; document findings.
• Translate client specs into clear work instructions and train teams.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing, and expense tracking with finance.
