Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team is seeking a seasoned professional to coordinate title/registration requests, onboard customers, and train users on the product suite for commercial fleets in the United States. The role focuses on maximizing value, cross-selling Ford Pro solutions, and maintaining open issues to drive prompt resolutions.

This position is based in the Austin area and involves collaboration with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience working for a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Support Dealership / Customer Title & Registration requests.
• Support customer onboarding on assigned product services, including initial product setup and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features or functionality and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Assist customers to maximize value and monitor usage of products and services.
• Provide insights on how customers use the product to improve features and value.
• Escalate customer concerns and maintain issue tracking to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and develop sales & marketing materials for the product.
• Process title and registration transactions and vehicle moves, ensuring correct billing.
