Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team seeks a skilled professional to support dealership and customer title and registration requests, onboard customers to product services, and provide ongoing updates on new features. You will help customers maximize value, monitor usage, and assist sales while contributing to sales/marketing materials and billing processes.

Open to salary grades 7–8 with established ranges, this role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and strong Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years experience with fleet management.
• 4–5+ years experience in U.S. title & registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers/commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify business needs and communicate with product teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Self-starter with creative problem solving.
• Ability to advocate for customer and business needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Support Dealership / Customer Title & Registration requests.
• Support customer onboarding on assigned product services, including initial setup and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Assist customers in maximizing value and monitor usage; provide training on underutilized features.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage and requested functionality.
• Escalate customer concerns and maintain issue tracking.
• Support sales efforts and development of sales/marketing materials.
• Process title and registration transactions, vehicle moves, and ensure correct billing.
