Qualifications

• Proficient with software systems and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review repair estimates, diagnostics, and maintenance recommendations for commercial vehicles.
• Authorize repairs within approved guidelines and balance uptime with costs.
• Collaborate with repair facilities, technicians, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain detailed documentation of repair authorizations and case activity.
• Deliver timely communication to customers and vendors and manage multiple cases.
