Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members and monitor performance.
• Coach team on operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, team efficiency, and staff utilization.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, interviews, and promotions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and interact with customers or vendors as needed.
