Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager II - FleetCare Operations to lead daily operations, customer support, and vendor management for a remote team of 10-15 FleetCare Coordinators.

You will oversee PO approvals, maintenance scheduling, and reporting in Salesforce, Power BI, and SharePoint, partnering with Sales, Maintenance, and Operations to drive service excellence. The role reports to the Ryder Contact Center Organization in Alpharetta, GA, with a Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of a multi-site team in a high-volume operations environment.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and vendor relationships.
• Strong customer focus with proven retention and satisfaction outcomes.
• Experience with Fleet management software and data analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation performance and workflow management.
• Lead and develop a self-directed management team.
• Manage customer satisfaction, retention, and service delivery.
• Control costs, manage vendor invoices, and optimize maintenance budgets.
