• Oversee work analysis, vehicle planning and scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Lead a self-directed management team including Ops Managers, Supervisors, and coordinators.
• Manage customer relations, ensure uptime and CSI through Maintenance Promise.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls and location P&L targets.
• Direct asset management, parts inventory, and 6S standards at the shop.
• Ensure safety, quality compliance and adherence to company processes.
