Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Senior Manager II - FleetCare Operations to lead daily performance, customer support, vendor management, and maintenance coordination for a team of 10-15 FleetCare Coordinators. You will oversee workflow, PO approvals, and reporting in Salesforce, Power BI, and SharePoint to drive uptime and customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Ryder Contact Center Organization in Alpharetta, GA, with remote work options and a Monday–Friday first shift. Bonus eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 4+ years in an operations environment or Ryder role.
• Experience with Fleet management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with strategic labor, financial, quality, safety and asset processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational performance, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Lead a self-directed management team and coordinate cross-functional partners.
• Manage vendor performance and maintenance coordination to support uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate reporting and case management in Salesforce, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Support business growth opportunities through customer care and service delivery.
