Job summary

Canals is seeking a seasoned sales leader to build and head a team that targets the largest accounts across verticals we serve. You will coach Account Executives, define account plans, and lead executives through complex negotiations to win seven-figure deals.

You will join customer conversations, shape deal strategy, and drive disciplined pipeline reviews in a remote-first, North/South America distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven history closing seven-figure B2B deals.
• Experience hiring and developing quota-carrying sellers.
• Experience leading teams through long sales cycles.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of strategic Account Executives.
• Identify and prioritize the largest opportunities across verticals.
• Develop account plans for long, complex sales cycles.
• Join high-stakes customer meetings with senior executives.
• Guide deal strategy from initial engagement to close.
• Run pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and strategy sessions.
• Hire exceptional sales talent and develop repeatable success.
• Partner with sales leadership to set goals and refine strategy.
