Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company focused on providing clear, predictable payment options to consumers. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager for Credit & Pricing to shape experiences from discovery to activation across shopping, repayment, and marketing.

You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and legal to translate capabilities into intuitive user journeys. You’ll drive measurable outcomes by defining strategy, testing hypotheses, and leveraging data to improve

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with discovery through launch and scaling adoption.
• Ability to set direction for a substantial product area and align teams.
• Strong judgment translating complex systems into intuitive experiences.
• Experience connecting long-term opportunities to practical platform decisions.
• Analytical and experimental rigor with customer research and data.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and prioritize across multiple teams.
• Build credit experiences that users understand and trust.
