Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Credit & Pricing team to shape how consumers discover and use credit. You will own the strategy for credit experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex capabilities into intuitive products that drive activation, conversion, and repeat engagement.

You will lead diverse teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, and Legal to resolve tradeoffs, define success, and deliver measurable outcomes while

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with proven launches and adoption in fintech/e-commerce/marketplaces.
• Experience setting direction for a large product area and aligning multiple teams.
• Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences with strong communication.
• Strategic depth and technical fluency to work with engineers on platform decisions.
• Analytical and experimental rigor to prioritize opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Ownership in ambiguity with structured decision-making and rationale sharing.
• Experience with credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered consumer experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and translate strategy into priorities across teams.
• Build experiences that help consumers understand and compare financing options.
• Create personalized consumer journeys using research and experiments.
• Connect platform capabilities to outcomes like activation and conversion.
