Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first company, is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Credit & Pricing team. You’ll shape how consumers discover and use credit, owning strategy for experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing to drive activation and engagement.

You will lead with empathy, collaborate across Design, Engineering, Analytics, Credit, Marketing and Legal, and influence senior leaders with clear recommendations and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech/e-commerce or similar complex environments.
• Ability to independently set direction for a substantial product area and align multiple teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and translate strategy into priorities across multiple teams.
• Build experiences that make credit understandable for consumers at checkout and beyond.
• Create personalized consumer journeys informed by research and experimentation.
• Connect platform capabilities to outcomes in merchant prequalification and purchasing power experiences.
• Lead cross-functional decisions with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial and Legal.
• Define success metrics and use funnel analysis to improve activation, conversion, and engagement.
